can jiraiya or minato be edo?

I'm confused on whether or not they can be made into edo tensei. I think it would be kabutos trump card for naruto if he has to face either of them. I think the trump card for itachi is seeing his parents edo and killing t

but there are still particles of that beer. that experiment only contributes to a physical change and only to a certain point in the molecular sense. blood might get washed away but the stains and topical molecular resedue is still there. and with kabutos intellect this shouldnt pose a great problem.xd

Science has not ben able to obtain DNA from lakes or sea of any creature that died they're only when well preserve bones are found. Water is an enemy to DNA preservation. You need bones.

Thank you that's what I said the heavy rain could have washed the blood and the DNA.
