Itachi is tiers above Kirābī, as seen when he utterly clowned him in their confrontation, not only did he out-speed Kirābī, but a KCM Naruto as well; Itachi even had to tip Kirābī that he was behind him in order to react properly.

Vs Itachi if he do that it's GG because Itachi will Tsukuyomi him before he even know even though he's a sensory ninja he have to be in that mode to know he's going to cast it. Minato can't and won't use FTG to evade it if he doesn't know it's coming nor would he waste kunai just to do it.

It was hand to hand combat i think you are referring to, correct me if i am mistaken. But clearly, you are saying Itachi's reaction time > Minato's but i see them as equal, or even slight edge to minato.. as he would've gotten Obito, if it weren't for kamui. As for speed, i blantly disagree, you can see clear evidence that itachi took 3 three jumps to reach nagato. You made that assumption by manga panels, where they don't exactly specify time. Whereas, it would have taken an instant for Minato to teleport to another marked place.

Of Course Minato would have some markings left, for instance if he didn't, he wouldn't have escaped the active explosion tag during the fourth hokage's death match, where he instantaneously teleports to a safehouse and jumps out of there while shielding baby Naruto.

I think it was stated in Ay vs sasuke that MS is useless against speedsters referring to genjutsu and amaterasu. Since none of them knew about susano other than ohnoki who sasuke fought later. And the reason was that the chakra build up that is required for said jutsus give them away as if minato senses a chakra build up, he can teleport away before attack lands be it genjutsu or amaterasu. And minato evaded amaterasu canonically even after being hit by it in fight against jubito. So amaterasu is not an issue for him. This is jus a theory though based on statements from manga.

Even madara had to catch Ay and hold him before he could put him in genjutsu but that's not important, more important is Ay's comment. "of all people for me to fall prey to sharingan's illusions" obviously he didn't expect to fall for genjutsu with his speed. And as for reflexes, minato's reflexes are on par with v2 Ay. Genjutsu needs a stationary target, hence the reason why Shee was caught by Sasuke's genjutsu, because he let his guard down. If genjutsu was effective use, as my friend Oblivionx pointed it out, Sasuke would've used it on Ay. You see, Amaterasu is also see on sight technique, where flames are created on sight but ay dodged it like it was nothing. With that as a base, we can conclude that amaterasu & tsukuyomi have the same timing.

No, you're misunderstanding. As i've stated before- minato concluded that battle with obtio was a matter of speed. If you're moving at a fast pace, what use would a genjutsu offer with all the movement ? The genjutsu affect the cerebral cortex of a shinobi, so you really need to look them in the eyes if you're going to put them under it, or any other ways. But in this case, Minato is a speed demon, so he can just move swiftly to avoid it, or just use shadow clone as a diversion and then ambush Itachi who is concentrating on putting the shadow clone on genjutsu. And again, when you're dealing with tsukuyomi, the side effects are too risky not to be ignored.

Regardless if mianto doesn't use sage mode at the start of the fight he is screwed he is going against an opponent he knows nothing about he looked obito in the eye he got lucky obito wasn't a genjutsu specialist and obito doesn't have tsukuyomi

And before you say it itachi and others in the village know about minatos arsenal you fail to see what makes itachi dangerous

Obito made sure he never used kamui around itachi he used it around others but never itachi
In the end itachi vs minato is a 50/50 but like I said if minato to looks him in the eye like an idiot or finger he is screwed
