Well the Mind transfer jutsu isn't considered a genjutsu, it is a ninjutsu. Sakura's inner will might be able to break a weak genjutsu but ones like itachi's tsukuyomi or shisui's kotomatsukami,her inner will prob have no effect.

No. Inner Sakura was for comic relief only.

Sakura is originally a Genjutsu type. If Kakashi or someone had actually spent a little time actually training her in this field she might have been able to break all kinds of Genjutsu like she did with Kabuto's back in part one. I still wish Kishi had played this angle up.

Could you have imagined? She could have been built to withstand even Uchiha class Genjutsu (fanfic on my part but could have happened) or maybe even have a stint in the manga where she ends up travelling with Itachi or some other genjutsu master and teach her a thing or two about genjutsu to compliment her medical jutsu.....But I am going off topic.

No Sakura's Inner self is not an anti genjutsu device.

Isn't it split personality. Inner Sakura doesn't has any different chakra source so it can't break genjutsus as if Sakura is a jinjuuriki. It only help mind invasions as it has been shown in the manga.

Inner Sakura was never really an actual thing, but rather a comical way to show her true feelings. She did show some genjutsu dispelling skills but Kishi never really followed up on that. And yeah, Mind Transfer isn't genjutsu.
