I used this image once, but I got three infractions for doing so. In my opinion, it's rather harmless.
Some folks have barely-dressed women in their signatures, yet they never get an infraction for that.
Care to explain the inconsistency?

Whatever that means.

Kami has been banned countless times for that, so I don't know where you got the idea that they aren't penalized for it.

No you cannot use that as your avatar. The infraction you received was for a image you had posted, + an additional point for having this as an avatar as it's not allowed. That the infraction is permanent I'm not certain of why, but I will look into it.

And for you all, please when it comes to stuff like this, please do send me a pm instead. Cause this is rather stupid. You posted an image that you had gotten an infraction for using as avatar, asking if its ok to use it as an avatar... you could have just gotten an infraction again. So please in the future send me a me instead.
