Okay so I wanted to make a spefic bio of a anime character but the oringal owner has been inactive for 3 months so how do I proceed

You probably can't, but I'm not sure about it, you eiter can't make that one, or there have to be a certain time that that member hasn't been online... I believe that was like 6 months...

Since it has been 3 months you might have a chance of getting the bio.
When I wanted to make a bio, an inactive member of 4 months had it and I talked to an RP mod and they sent me to cali.
