Only curious,. i want the 7tails but rumor has it. some1 else already has it.
ik if i beat the person i still have to test etc etc. but i atleast want to fight the person and lose a honorable death. just want to get a feel for the 7tails but making it offical so if i do win. i get it. (ik i wont) but still. is that allowed?

Axle with 3 Tails for sure and i would say that Yusuke with 1 Tails, not sure if Alucard would like to use his 4 Tails xd or perhaps TSSB would like to say goodbye to 2 Tails xd, or KYF could use his 6 Tails against you

No. You can challenge them for their bijuu. You cannot kill them tho or the bijuu dies as well. If you capture them with/o killing them then you get the bijuu. You no have to take test, that is your test.
