I don't think so, besides among all the types of clones, which is the most powerful and which is the weakest. For example we have:
Water clones, lighting clones, mokutun clones, kage bushin clones, normal clones etc

Don't think so but if the caster can use it, they should be able to use jutsu of other elements till they are defeated.

If you're talking about his Lightning Clone performing a Suiton or a Doton, I believe they won't be able to since they're made out of Raiton chakra so they can only use Raiton (and possibly normal chakra).

It would be different if it was just regular chakra, such as a Kage Bunshin. But a Mizu Bunshin is only capable of using Suiton, as it is made with Suiton chakra.

jutsu, and at that tine Naruto and Sasuke could not even compete with Zabuza's
Mizu Bunshin...

Bolded part is the importance here, from the databook.... With Kakashi's clone, it still is a SHADOW Clone, that when damaged is reverted to a lightning state..

With other clones like hashirama's wood clone, Gaara's sand clone , Itachi's crow clone.. they all have the user's chakra in them and thus can execute the same jutsu as the user... Simply using something else as a medium for substance will not affect the fact that chakra is chakra.. A mizu clone is made of both water and chakra...

The databook does not mean anything to me. It says all Susano'o are equipped with Totsuka and Yata. Wait till we get a new one.

Mokuton, Sand, and Crow clones are different, as they are not of the basic 5 elements.

There is no clone that is solely made out of an element.. Mizu bunshins are made from normal water and the USERS CHAKRA.. they aren't made of 100% water aren't they? so why the preposterous statement that they can only use the thing that acts as the medium? Kakashi's raiton clone, is a normal shadow clone, that when hit converts the chakra to raiton.....What's so hard to understand? If kakashi wanted , he could let his clone use earth wall...

After Suiton chakra is gathered, you cannot change the said chakra's element. Mizu clone = Suiton chakra. Does not have to be water, but Suiton chakra. That is like asking a Water jutsu to turn into a fire jutsu since it has the users chakra in it.
