Depends on which version your talking about. Gaara can't control the Shukaku so it's not his power. Anyway, CE Gaara's sand attacks weren't that strong and she can easily evade them. Gaara's sand shield isn't tanking her super-powered punches that Hashirama stated was stronger than a young Tsunade. As for SRA Gaara I'll give you that Gaara should win with mid-high diff.

The sand would soften the impact of the super punch, thus causing there to be no shockwave to cause any other kind of damage, Sakura has no way of countering sand shower.
It is not bashing, we ate simply stating the obvious....

CE Gaara would dominate, Lee still lost to him despite his speed, which btw, Sakura still cannot match... his sand shield would block her punch, then he could use the sand from his sand shield to catch her in sand coffin, and from there it is gg

Basically this. Only the Sakura vs SRA Garra is debatable, but if Sakura summons the slug she eventually overpowers Gaara.

Excellent point. Her punch created a destructive shockwave unlike Afternoon Tiger's. The ground literally blew apart, sending enemies up into the air. It felt like a bomb had exploded.

I changed my mind - Sakura takes this mid difference most. Her punches repel his sand and there is no way in hell anyone here even believes that 5th Gate attacks are anywhere near her punch in power. Anyone who thinks that should log off.

Sakura beats him, he would not start fight with any big techniques like sang Tsunami. He will most likely try to block punch of hers which will go through anyhow, she is fast enough to zone in with her speed feats gaara nor his sand has much anyway.

This does not matter now though part 1 gaara doesn't exist, adult gaara can beat her. Simple as that.

Which speed feats does she have?. I cant recall any quality speed feat from her.

Sakura simply lacks speed to evade Gaara's sand. His sand was keeping up with Kimi who is far faster than sakura is.

Gaara distracts her from attacking from above, While simultaneously attacking her with sand he creates from the very ground she walks on
