Akainu after getting hit by quakes strong enough to split an island in two and even after that got up and wrecked havoc defeating ivankov,inazuma,jinbei no diff went to fight all WB commanders ( - jozu) and was still able to take out one of them and even considered Marco's and vistas haki as just mere irritation, I think that gives u an answer to ur question.
