Enton is the Highest Level Katon obtained through awakening Indra's special chakras upon awakening the Mangekyo. While Naruto has Hagoromo's Chakra, he doesn't possess the chakras linked towards the Mangeko and so he shouldn't be able to use it.

Enton functions like all other KKG, so it highly depends on one's genes which is determined by the type of chakra awakened from the Mangekyo. If it weren't produced by his chakra, but was only a mere consequence of having the MS like you're saying it is, then every Uchiha would have the Enton affinity.

this is incomplete. I think minato went on to note that it was impressive that they could combine powerful jutsu so well and that it was even more impressive that naruto could match sasuke's enton, considering he didn't have dojutsu

Kekkai Genkai such as Kimimaro's techniques aren't a combination of nature affinities either and yet it functions just like any other KKG as seen with Kabuto when he needed Kimimaro's DNA to use his techniques because it contained his chakra. Sasuke can use Enton because of the chakra awakened through using the MS which is dictated through his own DNA.

or may be fire + uchiha yin chakra + MS gives rise to enton and one need MS to awaken and even among uchiha only handful are able to awaken it so i doubt naruto can.
