Enton is the Highest Level Katon obtained through awakening Indra's special chakras upon awakening the Mangekyo. While Naruto has Hagoromo's Chakra, he doesn't possess the chakras linked towards the Mangeko and so he shouldn't be able to use it.

Both of them (Naruto and Sasuke) Should be able to use most if not all ninjutsu in existence. IMO yes he should be able to use it. However I'm not sure of the conditions needed to master that nature.
