In this chapter, Jiraiya is teaching Naruto how to use the Rasengan. But during the training, apparently the complication in regard to naruto learning a particular 'seal' is what was throwing him off. Jiraiya eventually told him that this seal was no so important and Naruto learned it through other means:

You must be registered for see images

So basically what I'm wondering is what this seal is that Jiraiya and Naruto are talking about? The only reason I bring this up is because it might help me better understand the latest chapter:

You must be registered for see images

Obviously Madara meant that having the Rinnegan gave him access to summoning the Gedo Mazo, probably something he learned from the Naka Shrine, but what does this seal talk actually refer to? Can anyone elaborate?

What are you talking about? First you talk about toilets like they're ninja, then you warp years into the future by madara asking about thee "seal"

I recommend that you stop time warping and start taking a firm grasp of anything near you

I added an image to help you understand what I'm asking.... obviously the toilet has nothing to do with it (other than the swirl of chakra Naruto needed to break the water balloon).

Again, what I'm getting at is that both Naruto and Jiraiya directly mentioned using a 'seal' when creating the Rasengan. So what does it mean exactly by seal? I just added the part about the last chapter wondering if the word seal was used in a similar way in the 2 chapters.

Jiraiya and Naruto mean hand seal. You don't need hand seals for Rasengan while other jutsu you do.

Madara means that the Juubi's shell was sealed in the moon. He broke the seal by summoning it.

Okay I understand the part about Madara, but when Jiraiya was telling naruto about the seal in 151, why was he even mentioning it if Rasengan doesn't require seals anyway? I just don't understand why talking about seals even came into the picture in the first place, understand where I'm coming from?

To explain to Naruto, who has been taught his whole life that you need hand seals to use ninjutsu, that you don't need hand seals for this ninjutsu.
