Yeah Madara could probably do it as fast if not faster. The only difference here is that Madara's ways are more brutal and will probably take his time to ensure greater damage to the tailed beasts rather than just get them in an escape genjustu. I mean he actually knocked all 9 out with just limbo hengokuu at a glance using just one eye without any sixpaths power up before sealing them into the gedo mazo. That's quite some feat.
Sasuke on the other hand likewise used tsukiyomi on the 9 at a glance sealing them with chibaku tensei afterwards.

I thought goku couldnt swallow him from what i was watching and he sure trying to , he gave him chakra but naruto didnt even know he had it or nothing in the manga show you that he used his chakra, the way he beat him is what shadow clones and Sm when he was thinking of a plan of how not to get swallowed and base form

What exactly is your definition of subdue?
You're saying the bijuu wasn't under Sasukes control because while he's wasting chakra for 9 CT Kurama can only mutter a two words to Naruto.

Meanwhile beforehand Sasuke is casually telling his enemies his plan and Kurama just stands there. You Naruto fans reach hard. It's like you don't even read the manga. :bdpf:

Sasuke's instant Genjutsu was somewhat plot... why the hell were all of the Bijuu even looking at Sasuke's eye at the same time? However, I agree that Sasuke's Rinnegan Genjutsu makes him the only one capable of such a feat, despite the fact that it was handed to him so that Kishi could skip to the Naruto/Sasuke fight.

It's obvious that Kishi didn't want to waste time on showing the Bijuu captured AGAIN (it was getting pretty old, seeing them freed only to be captured instantly).
