Can anyone beat the 9 bijuu faster than Sasuke?

madara can beat them as fast as sasuke but if we're talking of total unbreakable leashing that would be mito, the red habanero (lool) and hashirama. nothing can cause the bijuu to go out of control once they've been subdued by those three people.

I am sure no other character is capable of such a feat. Sasuke is the only ninja until today to show the necessary feats to perform such a thing.

All others lack the combo of abilities required to perform such a feat.

Also, according to manga, Rinnegan users can create artificial limbs.

100% on point...Yeah Madara would do it as fast if not faster. The only difference here is that Madara's ways are more brutal and will most likely take his time to ensure greater damage to the tailed beasts rather than just get them in an escape genjustu. I mean he actually knocked all 9 out with just limbo hengokuu at a glance using just one eye without any sixpaths power up before sealing them into the gedo mazo. That's quite some feat.
Sasuke on the other hand likewise used tsukiyomi on the 9 at a glance sealing them with chibaku tensei afterwards.

As for Naruto, his method is on a completely different level from that of the Uchiha or Senju/Uzumaki in that he makes use of emotions and will power which are both delicate subjects that must be handled with great precision(not speed), rather than great eyes or quality chakara. The power of LOVE rather than STRENGTH.

Madara knocked them all down with hengoku then gedo to seal them with chains ..he did that pretty fast not faster then sasuke though since people not counting the CT he use with genjutsu or what ever it might have been but if we did it about around the same
