You pm or vm (do NOT stalk) a sensei to ask them if they can train you, most likely they are busy. If no one has time you wait a little longer before you ask again. Making this kind of thread is not only pointless but also quite annoying for the people that don't care if you're getting any training or not.

pop.. how many times must you prove your ignorance?
1. you should know by now.. this will not be replied to by a sensei offering training
2. the way you harrass senseis they will not be inclined to train you anyway
3. no you will not get sharingan auto with kakashi, you have to have it awakened and trained in the successive stages by a sensei
4. you just double posted. which is classed as spamming...
so please... try to act more intelligently and stop making stupid threads, and harassing senseis, if you show a sensei respect and do not act like they owe you training you will probably get more training...
