Can any of Konaha11 replace a kage?

During the war, The Leaf Village and its missing ninja were the big shots of both the alliance and its opposition. We've got Ino Shiki leading their strategies, Choji brawling against the Gedo Statue, and even Tenten was putting work in. So I'm wondering if any of Konoha11 could wipe the floor with the other current kages(Raikage, Tsuchikage, Mizukage, Kazekage) that couldn't compare in the war. Lee excluded for obvious reasons.

Sakura she's the student of two former Kage and understands what the role involves. Shikamaru comes to mind as an intellectual one but he's extremely lazy he'd be second to her.

Sakura and Shikamaru are for me the two strongest contenders.

And yes people often forget they were MVPs they just stand behind Naruto and Sasuke. The other villages don't have that.

They were peers of each other so it might not be too out of the question to see that within the timeskip they also gained skills they put them closer to kage level or on it.

None of the current kage besides Naruto and Gaara were kage level by the end of the war...

Is sasuke counted in k11?

Sasuke, Shikamaru, Sakura, Kiba( yal sleep on him tbh), Lee ( Interesting, but its hard to imagine him as a kage.), Choji. I always remember choji as the lame fatass from part one, but then I remember war arc choji and how he seems now and I believe he could rock that Kage cloak. Sai (he's not as good as people say, but skilled nonetheless).

Honorable mention: Shino. If push came to almighty push+planetary devestation then SHino would be a candidate.

She was by book smarts, and she's behind Shikamaru in terms of intelligence lol She literally figured out Obito's ability on first guess XD and he overlooks her for Sai

Lee - With Tenten (Sage tools) and Neji as supports.


Sakura, like Shizune, was promoted to Jonin by Tsunade fo her medical expertise. In combat, both Sakura and Shizune eat losses and have to be rescued. They aren't ready to have an entire village depend on them.
