Can Amon defeat everyone is NV 1on1?

Well to be honest there's little to counter bloodbending, it beat Avatar Aang for gods sake.

I can't think of a character that can yet but until then- Amon wins.

EDIT: WAIT NO ZETSU CAN. ZETSU DOESN'T HAVE BLOOD. Amon has good fighting skills but he can't take on that entire army designed to hold off this:

Blood bending was in the original Avatar too not just Korra, As for combat I don't remember how he was defeated i think he just ended up running away after he was exposed, It was pretty OP don't really see any Naruto characters countering it tbh, Doujutsu users could probably set of techniques on him like Amaterasu etc

They never did beat it in the original Avatar, Mako was the first person to resist it and Korra was barely able to defeat it.
