well that Amon fanboy claims to think so i dont really watch legend of korra so i dont know much about blood bending but he claims its an instakill if so how was this guy stoped even touched in combat ?
also exclude edos because we know they dont have blood

Blood bending was in the original Avatar too not just Korra, As for combat I don't remember how he was defeated i think he just ended up running away after he was exposed, It was pretty OP don't really see any Naruto characters countering it tbh, Doujutsu users could probably set of techniques on him like Amaterasu etc

Katara has blood bending, watch the original if you haven't. The only people I see countering this is very fast people and just striking them or Genjutsu/Amaterasu. Basically what I am saying is, it depends on if the blood bender starts bending before the shinobi strikes/uses genjutsu.

If the blood bender is set on killing the person when the fight starts it's basically over for whoever is being effected.

Amon was a bloodbender from the Legend Of Korra. He can control multiple peoples bodies by using their blood and can kill u instantly if he desired. His blood bending is instant and seemingly has no range, mix that with his skills in combat he could even defeat ninja like hashirama

Amon does solo everyone, the only person who has no blood is Zetsu and Amon's fighting style seems similar to a hyuga tbh.

Yeah, he was only hit ONCE in the entire show. Anything else he easily dodged or blocked. He was even bloodbended, but was so strong he kept walking anyway, dude was OP.

With the exeption of Sasuke, Madara, Itachi, Naruto, Hozuki clan users, and Kakashi and Obito... Id have to say pretty much. the only reason they survive is cuz they can unleash a burst of chakra and then just kill him, even after they're bloodbended

Sasuke has no counter to bloodbending. He could use amaterasu however, so it may end up in a tie.
Madara has no counter
Itachi has no counter
Naruto has no counter
Kakashi has no counter
Obito seemingly cant be killed by normal methods so he is questionable.
Houzoki's can still be defeated by bloodbending before they liqify.
Bloodbending affects the users body not chakra, so outbursts of chakra wont do much
