I believe that if regular eyes were implanted into the head of an Uchiha, then they should be able to activate sharingan within those eyes. The scan tells me that there is nothing special about the eyes of a Uchiha, they are normal eyes just like everyone elses. However, there is something special about their chakra. When they experience a state of emotional trauma/devastation, their brains release a special kind of chakra that mutates the form of their eyes, and affects their optic nerves, creating the sharingan.

So, I believe that if their brain were to release this special chakra into their eyes, while they have someone elses eyes implanted, then they should be able to awaken sharingan within those eyes. But I think the brain only releases that special chakra once an a Uchiha lifetime. So, they can only activate sharingan in a pair of eyes only once. As you become stronger, so does the chakra in your eyes, hence why there are different states of sharingan. I also believe that through science, a small amount of that special chakra can be extracted and through research scientist can also make artificial version of that chakra to try an manifest their own Sharingan.

This leads into my theory that if Byagukan is implanted within a Uchiha's head before they awaken Sharingan, when the moment comes that they awaken sharingan it would either activated onto of byakugan, form a new kind of eye, or the special chakra would affect the optic nerves, canceling out byakugan while sharingan is activated, and then activating byakugan once sharingan is deactivated.

Yeah I don't think it has to be specifically an eye from an Uchiha. It just needs to be connected to an Uchiha brain during the time of that emotional trauma is suppose. So I do t see why not......I wonder what would happen if one of the Hyuga eyes were to be implanted in that of an Uchiha. Hmm....:wut:

Based on that scan alone, I actually have to refute this, because when Kakashi killed Rin, his Sharingan evolved straight to MS.

I guess the actual way it works is that special chakra is stored within the eyes (NOT the brain) and when the brain begins to accumulate a certain amount of chemical or lack thereof (like low serotonin), the chemical reaches the eye. The special chakra in the eye then reacts with this chemical change found from the brain, thereby causing the change.

Again, the only reason I say this is because Kakashi shouldn't have been able to achieve MS since his brain doesn't have the genetic special chakra inherent in Uchiha members.

I see what you're saying here but wasn't the reason Kakashi's Sharigan evolved was because Obito too was in close proximity at the time he stabbed Rin? Both he and Obito awakened their MS at the same time.

Yeah, When Itachi was born I took his eyes and replaced mine with them and when he graduated from academy I gave back him his eyes with Sharingan awakened in them...

But since I was travelling, it took me almost an year to get back to Konoha and return him his eyes...

This is wrong. I said above that through a traumatic or devastating emotional experience, the brain of an Uchiha releases a special chakra that affects the optical nerves of the eyes, thus creating the first tome sharingan. I also went on to say that that special chakra can only be released once in a Uchiha's lifetime, to initiate the first form of the sharingan. So, when Karachi has Obito's eyes, it already had sharingan, which means it already had the special chakra within it necessary for it to move to the next level. All Karachi needed to do was strengthen that special chakra, and or nurture it through training. I believe that the sharingan in Karachi's eye activated MS in response to Obito activating it, but if that is false then it still means that Rin's death got Karachi to the point where the special chakra already in his eyes was excelled to the next level, the same exact experience doing the same thing to Obito as well. It could also imply that a Uchiha's eyes still activate MS even when one sharingan isn't present in their eyes.

Yes, they were activated at literally the same exact time. This is perfect evidence to support the theory that if an Uchiha activates MS, it activates in both eyes, even if they other eyes isn't present in ones body. As long as the other eye is alive, MS will activate in it as well.

no i can't agree... as stated above kakashi's example but we have another example too... when haku was attacking naruto and sasuke, sasuke was starting to follow her movements slowly because he had an un awakened sharingan. Naruto still had no clue of her thus it's the eyes..

Yes.
After Kishimotos retcons, you don't need any Uchiha-DNA. All you need is a bit chakra.
Danzo and Orochimaru were so massive fools. All they needed was a bit Uchiha-chakra and they could've created as many Sharingan as they want. What a pity.

It makes sense, but I feel like there's something special about uchiha eyes that allow only uchihas to take that special chakra and turn it into the sharingan, otherwise, orochimaru would've been more obsessed with sasuke's eyes, not his body

That's not how it happened though, Obito was there when Rin died, it was Obito seeing her die that caused his sharingan to evolve and since Kakshi shared his sharingan when Obito's evolved Kakshi's did as well. Kakashi can't develop his own sharingan or advance it because his brain isn't Uchiha and doesn't possess the ability to alter the eyes, the only reason his evolved is because Obito's did. And it had to happen that way or else Kakashi would have realized something was up and his friend was alive.

He was obessessed with his body because of his eyes. He wanted eyes like Itachi's, but since Itachi was too powerful and all of the Uchiha were dead, Sasuke was much weaker and therefore the next best thing. You never want a Uchiha for their body, only their eyes. You'd want a Senju for their body.

i mean in their very 1st mission when they fought haku and zabuza. sasuke was following haku better than naruto even though he hadn't awakened sharingan back then. so that makes sharingan eye special compared to normal eye.

Orochimaru wanted both Body and Eyes,Not only eyes. Sharingan w/o Uchiha body is hard to use as we all know and takes lots of Chakra ect...

The real answer is no...... Uchiha eyes are mutations of normal eyes, its the mutation that allows for eyes to change when reacting to the uchiha endorphines from the brain caused by deep tradegy or emotion

Sasuke was much more skilled than Naruto. The manga doesn't say anything about the Uchiha's eyes being special before obtaining sharingan.
