With Steve Carrell leaving the Office and Charlie Sheen being forced off of Two and a Half Men can their shows survive without them? It's hard to imagine losing a main character and having the show survive afterward. The Office and Two and a Half Men are obviously willing to try, but I can't imagine there being much success for either in subsequent seasons. What do you think?

It depends on the other cast members and the plot in general I suppose. Peter is gone from Fringe but it's not like the shows gonna die. Same with Rita in Dexter. They usually figure something out. Typically adding a new character to spice thing up
