3T Sharingan is passively active
Recognizing the infamous Uchiha fire technique, Obito was already prepared for what was to come, he ran diretly towards the fire in which he knew blocked his opponents view of him and well everything because of such the large scale. Running directly into the fire, Obito phased his entire body so that nothing could be hurt. He ran so that he'd start to enclose short range of the opponent before dipping into the ground. While the opponent will be busy spewing the flames, he wouldn't recognize what had happened as Obito timed it perfectly, leaving no traces of his chakra signature.
As the Kunai was lodged into his opponent, not underestimating his strength, he'd known the kunai would cause immense pain therefore it would release him from restraint. Keeping his sharingan alert, he notices the Chakra start to gather throughout Deidara's body. Taking a big hop away, leaving the kunai lodged in Deidara's trap, he simultaneously makes 1 handseal as the lightning starts to crackle around him. As the lightning gets closer, it is effortlessly separated and handled, as a gust of wind picks up in front of Obito that defends the attack. The wind proceeds to blow Deidara over as he was turned and unaware of the defense until the wind would hit him as he's turning. "So predictable, but as long as I have these eyes I'll see right through you.."
Due to the fact that Obito didn't hear any kind of grunts or noises besides the wind itself, he gladly accepted the fact that his opponent had escaped his attack, therefore not proceeding with the follow up attack, but analyzing the scene at hand. Due to his sharingan, he'd seen chakra signatures on the ground a ways off in front of him, although the ground seemed untouched. "He expects me to fall for such a lowly trick?" He'd known the jutsu used as he was very well adept in its usage. "Now where does he come up at?" Hearing the words spoken behind him, Obito turned heightening his caution as he didn't know what to expect from the opponent. As Deidara spit the water ball out, Obito, noticing the volume of the attack, quickly completes a row of 5 handseals finishing with the slamming of his palms onto the ground. A giant portion of the earth that surrounds Deidara on all sides begin to arise 360 degrees around him. Unfortunately this earth arises in front of his attack, stopping it while making it flow backwards back to Deidara. He's be faced with a giant water rush back to him that is empowered by the slope it was intercepted at, as well as his own empowerment of the technique. As the orb closes, trapping Deidara with his own water, Obito stomps onto the ground, causing a geyser of such of water to sprout in the middle of the orb filling and viciously shaking around in the orb."This is petty games.."Hearing the screeching sound of the wind building up from behind him, Deidara then channels his earth chakra into the ground beneath his feet and softens it to fine sand allowing him to simply sink into the ground effortlessly, Deidara could sense Obito's presence on the surface of the ground and makes his way behind him before rising to ground level again at mid range of Obito.
"Do you think me a fool Obito?"
Deidara then forms a single hand seal while focusing his water chakra into his mouth, he then releases the water chakra and spews out a rotating sphere of water through his mouth, as the sphere of water is released Deidara forms another hand seal causing the sphere to rotate violently, giving it more power and density, the sphere then hits into Obito's back blasting him forward as well as soaking his entire body.
Quick note before I proceed with my counter, let's make sense here, because indeed your counter is invalid unless you were trying to get yourself killed. You indeed admitted to the earth starts to incase, well that means the water also came rushing back at you. You counter would've worked if had a medium to jump off of that was pretty high like a plateau or similar things, because the orb is GIANT, as it takes of a lot of space, so a regular jump wouldn't quite cut it. It also would've worked it you had stated "I gather chakra in my feet and use a chakra enhanced jump to fly upward and break the roof of the orb." Also it's a very bad counter to use lightning while water is surrounding, you pretty much electrocuted yourself. Oh and just to let you know your back is still bleeding out .___. You never removed the kunai.
