So, not sure how to explain my situation. I got this thing called a.. ROM? Maybe... And, it's a Play station one ROM on my computer. BUT, I try to load a game, or well. I hit a bunch of options on it to try and start something and it loads for a second before canceling itself out...

I don't suppose anyone has the program "Epsxe"?

My English isn't bad at all, actually. I'm not very familiar with describing technology and computers. So, I'm simply out of my element

You are using a program called Epsxe to play a PS1 game on your computer but it won't work.

Is there any messages that come up when you start or it closes?

You most likely need to own the bios fitting for the region of the game for it to work.

Normally from the site you downloaded the emulator, they also have downloads for the BIOS. Also check up on the Tube if you don't know where to and how to put them in.
