Hard to say but since Kirin takes time to prepare i would say Rasenshuriken maybe?? Actually i don't really know. Maybe if Kirin was used more and shoed more of it's power i can tell.

FRS has the elemental advantage. If they clashed, I really think they'd cancel out. Plus Naruto puts a ton of chakra into his attacks, too.

Lightning is weak against Wind, so Fuuton can easily break through the Lightning and destroy the Kirin, not too mention that has a faster speed then Kirin itself.

Lightning is weak to wind, but overall lightning has a greater cutting and piercing ability.

Ah. I see. It's hard to say. Naruto's standard FRS seemed to cancel out the 3rd Raikage's lightning release armor, yet didn't damage his body. However this may be due to the raikage's innate toughness as well.

I think Kirin would win. Just because Raiton is weak against Fuuton doesn't mean it can't overpower the latter. That's like saying you can put out a forest fire with a water bottle. Get it?

depends on who the opponent is because putting ofrs againts katon or enton would fail and putting irin against a wind attack would fail but both are extremly powerful

RasenShuriken. It disperses Kirin by logic.

If lightening is coming straight down at you, but then a wind from the side attacks in multiple mini blade like winds, the lightening is going to disperse while the wind can still keep the damage going.

But OP, Rasenshuriken is honestly better when it comes to doing damage to the opponent.
