[Discussion] Caesar Clown Voice Actor is Frieza From Dragon Ball Z

If you watched the DBZ in Japanese with english subtitles, then you probably have already noticed. Although, i watched the entire Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, Dragon ball GT in english U_U

Just thought i'd ask if anyone else noticed this?

I'm trying to remember the eng sub voice of Frieza but I've really only watched the dub

EDIT: Since we are on this topic Marco the Phoenix has the same voice actor for Kurosaki ichigo (eng sub)

I never normally watched DBZ but from what I did watch of it I noticed after the second episode with Clown in that they were the same voice actor.
