If you had Ying-Yang Mastered then of course you could use this without a clone etc. You can indeed also use stronger Rasengan's and stronger water jutsu, though it would result in a different combination and would mean you'd be using two jutsu slots... really the only reason I'd use this jutsu is 'cause it's a two-for-one xD

So these next two jutsu require a water source to use, unless you have a special bio that can perform these sorts of jutsu without said water source... such as Tobirama, Mei or Kisame... okay, not sure about Kisame but it sounds right xD

(Suiton: Senkogenma Kujo) – Water Release: Flash Grinding Destruction
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage point: 60
Description: As his opponent is standing on a source of water, the user will create. four sharks of water. Those sharks will rush at their target, come out and knock the opponent high into the air. breaking several of his bones in the process. Then, as his enemy is in a very vulnerable position, the user can freely attack with swords or other ninja techniques.
Note: Requires a water source.

Okay, so one of the few Shark-esque jutsu that you can use without a Kisame bio. Pretty straight forward and you can easily see why this jutsu requires a water source. You place your hand on the ground and use shape manipulation to create four sharks out of water, that seek out and attack your opponent, like a Great White leaping out of the water to attack a seal (of course this only happens in one part of the world but I'm digressing). You opponent will be airborne as a result, battered and bruised, ready for your to follow up with the kill strike.

(Suiton: Kyojin Nami Shougeki) – Water Release: Giant Wave Crash
Rank: A
Type: Offensive , Deffence
Range: Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user gathers a large amount of water that can then be used to crash into the opponent. It is strong enough to push back Killer bee in Eight tales form.
Note: Requires a water source

You manipulate a large source of water (like, Amegakure Lake size or ocean etc) and create a massive tidal wave... actually I think tsunami would better describe this sort of wave. The wave itself has immense destructive abilities due to the sheer mass of water and with it, great defensive abilities. Though a wave this large will mean you'd lose track of your target(s) while the wave is in motion and as it hits.
(Suiton: Senkogenma Kujo) – Water Release: Flash Grinding Destruction

As for user's who can use without a water source it would be Tobirama, Mei, Kisame, and Hozuki Clan members. SO based on the description, the main part of the technique is the impact of the sharks that should break bones. If they all came out at once it wouldn't really have that effect right? So I imagine the sharks rise up one by one which would work correctly as one continues the work of the other, creating a chain. While this can work on lakes I would rather use it on places with an even larger source of water but not like my opponent will make the terrain the ocean. xD

But yeah, a lake would be an adequate place to perform this. Considering the sharks come from up above this is best used under the guise of another technique like ninjutsu. I'd say fire would be nice since it can be quite a handful to handle due to the heat and light but I don't know how it would affect the sharks especially if you used an A-Rank+ and above. If I used this, I'd make sure to have the sharks come from several angles but maintain the projection of it (lifting your opponent into the air) so as the opponent can't try to escape. One thing I like about this is that it leaves your opponent open for attack. Considering air battles are harder to combat in, this leaves lots of options open. I was thinking of using the zig zag technique Kakashi uses but don't know if it would work. BUt I would use this one:

(Raiton: Raisogekishin) - Lightning Release: Lightning Rat Violent Quake
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: After performing the required hand seals Monkey → Ox → Boar → Tiger the user releases a discharge of electricity that shapes itself into several destructive disks of lightning. These are shot at the targets with great speed.
(Suiton: Kyojin Nami Shōgeki) – Water Release: Giant Wave Crash

I don't know if they are the same but this technique greatly resembles a similar technique that Suigetsu used against Killer Bee when Taka tried to capture B.

You must be registered for see images

In the same fashion, both techniques resulted in a wave that is strong/big enough to push Killer Bee in his Eight Tails Transformation. I can safely assume this can also push back large summons back. I would like to think that like Tate Eboshi, it can shield as well especially if you have a system worked out with your clones/allies. From the looks of it, it is pretty decent especially for an A-Rank and one I will definitely use against summons as fighting Jinchuuriki is like the looking for the Holy Grail.

I like Suigetu's version better though as it seems that it has spikes you can control and the water wave has teeth that can bite the opponent. From my common sense, Hachibi is a strong summon (more than the Nine Tails) considering it is half OX and half Octopus/Squid. The fact that Suigetsu's technique can push him back must point to one thing: the condensation of the water must be very good. But alas, I would assume that technique can only be used by Hozuki clan members but considering it hasn't been made into a technique for the rp...who knows.

As for our technique, for an A rank to push let's say a full jinchuuriki thats quite a feat if used right. Hell if it was possible I would have a clone add lightning into it and make it even more deadly.

I'm pretty certain that second jutsu is the one Suigetsu used against Kirabi... well that's what I pictured it as anyway xD

(Suiton: Suijinheki) - Water Style: Water Encampment Wall
Rank: A
Type: Defence/Supplementary
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: N/A
Description: This defensive jutsu creates a wall of water around the user. The user will use the following hand seals to activate the technique Tiger → Snake → Rat → Snake → Tiger. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defence without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source.

Pretty self explanatory, a last-minture defence that is relatively quick to activate, with the exception of the five seals... however once they are done, the water you release from your mouth and shape into a wall, is accomplished quite quickly. Of course you are open to attacks from the back for just a moment or two longer as the wall forms from the front and then circles behind you. Alternatively if you are standing on a water source or nearby one, you can use that as the water source.

(Suiton: Kōka Suijin) - Water Release: Hard Whirlpool Water Blade
Rank: A
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: The user makes the water under the enemy explode, launching them into the air. Then the user jumps above the enemy and creates a large whirlpool around his arm, striking the enemy with it and creating a large water explosion.
Note: Water source required.

So I don't think exploding is the right term, however the effect is the same; the water violently erupts to push your target skywards, leaving them open for the second stage of this jutsu (if you want to follow through that far but this second part if were all the damage is done). You'll then coat your arm in water chakra, materialising it in the form of a large whirlpool to strike your opponent, causing an explosion of water...

This is a game jutsu, so the mechanics of the explosions are pretty foggy to me.

Darui impressed me with this technique when he added a lightning technique. However in our rp, that can only be done through Y&Y or if you have storm release. The way Darui used it, he only used it as a frontal defense which leads me to believe that the amount of coverage is up to you however considering it is a stream technique, you maintain it and can't do other jutsu. At least not the one's I'd like to use. It would be nice to use a clone to help with a combination attack but not one to use clones tbh. When Sasuke was caught in the attack he seemed almost paralyzed but that's probably due to the pressure of the water. I am surprised he didn't go flying off but remained trap in the water unable to move. While it says attack, I consider this a defensive jutsu as the only thing you can do inside is maintain the technique unless I am wrong.

(Suiton: Kōka Suijin) - Water Release: Hard Whirlpool Water Blade

Yeah it's Kisame's move but modified.

Kisame thrusts his sword in the ground, makes some handsigns, and then makes a whirlpool that rises high like a pillar. Kisame then jumps up to where the sword is, grabs it, and slashes/directs it down towards the enemy, resulting in an explosion that shoots upward.

In our rp, you create a whirlpool under the enemy that launches them skyward. You jump up to appear above them. I assume you pull back your arm as you gather more water-type chakra creating a whirlpool, then punch down towards the enemy and release it. The resulting pressure of the water hitting the ground somehow causes an explosion or rather the water to ricochet off it. Once the enemy is on the ground it would be nice to use something like dropping lid or lightning to keep the flow going while adding pressure to the opponent. This is a nice one to use on a water source.

Encampment Wall
I think you are misreading where the word 'attack' is in the jutsu. This is written as a defensive/supplementary jutsu designed to intercept an opponent's attack. So you are correct in your assumption of it being a defensive jutsu, whereby you can only use this for defence. If you are quick enough, the water can be used as a water source for another jutsu by you are a clone even.

(Suiton: Mizu no Tatsumaki) - Water Release: Tornado of Water
Rank: A
Type: Attack/Defence/Supplementary
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage Points: 60
Description: After performing the Ram → Horse → Bird the user is able to create a technique that utilizes water to create a spinning water vortex around the user. The water vortex acts both as a barrier and an attack mechanism. The power of the vortex is enough to knock an opponent unconscious.
Note: Requires a nearby water source

So this one is similar to the Water Encampment Wall, however it comes from a water source that you would be standing on. This does have knock-back power from the spinning force of the jutsu, thus creating a nice opening if timed correctly.

(Suiton: Dai Bakusui Shōha) - Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave
Rank: A
Type: Offensive,Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: This technique is a stronger version of exploding water colliding wave technique. The user will first perform the ram hand seal and then spits out a large amount of water that covers an entire area, with massive waves that can crush the opponent. The user then forms the water into a giant orb, instead of releasing like weaker version of the technique.

Kisame used this against Guy, before merging himself with Shamehada. First, you release a massive amount of water from your mouth, then using shape manipulation of your chakra in the water, form the water into an orb.

(Suiton: Mizu no Tatsumaki) - Water Release: Tornado of Water

This is one truly impressive technique to use near or on a water source especially against two or more opponents/targets. Almost reminds me of Leaf Dragon God except this one is smaller and no dragon. It works in the same way I assume in which you create momentum that you shape to take on a form. This form is powerful enough to protect you but also attack making it quite the force to be reckoned with. The fact it can render someone unconscious is testament to its strength not to mention its versatility. If you could safely add another element to it, I think it would make it quite deadly. I dislike that you can't use this outside a water source (unless you mei, tobirama, or Kisame) but thats to prevent full scale abuse which is fine by me. I definitely love this one and will use it as soon as I see an opportunity for it. The anime doesn't show the top part of it so would it be safe to assume that like Leaf Dragon God, it is open at the top like an actual tornado? If so, would it be exploitable to use techniques that one can aim to land in the vortex and hurt the user? Or too much? .-.

One thing I am curious about is what makes it a supplementary technique? o-o

(Suiton: Dai Bakusui Shōha) - Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave

This is quite an interesting technique that Kisame used against Killer Bee. Like it's parent technique, water gushes out of the user's mouth but instead gushing forwards and everywhere, it moves upwards and begins to form into a sphere. It would be similar to filling a balloon with water only it starts from the bottom instead of at the top. Once it's ready, there are so many techniques one can now do that the possibilities seem almost endless. However, I know this is the nartutoverse and all but how do you not drown in it? Wouldn't the pressure of the water be too strong for anyone to move in? I know Kisame was able to move through it and breathe easily because he had gils due to the fusion with samaheda but...? xD

I am trying to figure out how I would counter this. I assume once this water "settles" I can use it for my own techniques right? Fire, Lightning, Earth are out of the picture when countering this so my only options would be Water or Wind. Regardless of the obstacles I should face against this, I really like this technique though I'd reserve it for certain situations especially against opponents that like fire like Vegeta. :p

So close to finishing water.

Excuse me Shinta-Hyun, but I'll be stealing Devi from you for a while.

To answer your question about Tornado of water being listed as Supplementary, I'm guessing it's because it can be used in other ways rather than just for attack and defence, but finding out what to use it for and when is up to you.

I doubt the pressure from the Orb formed from Great Exploding Colliding Wave would be enough to kill you, and keep in mind that once in the orb the water would still have your opponent's chakra, and as such you'd be unable to use water techniques from that source. Most people counter this technique by using Moving Earth Core to lower the ground so that the water has no time to expand outwards and form into the orb.

(Suiton: Mizu Shishi) - Water Release: Water Beast
Rank: A
Type: Offensive, Supplementary
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: The user after performing the Dog → Horse → Monkey → Ram and by manipulating a pre-existing water source and transforms it into a giant wolf-like beast. The beast can launch powerful streams of water from its mouth equivilant to B rank, or sweep the area with its claws to let a powerful torrent of water to wash away the enemies.
Note: The Water Beast remains active for three turns

Perform the necessary handseals and use your water chakra to manipulate a pre-existing water source to turn it into a giant wolf-like beast. The creature can launch streams of water from it's mouth equivalent to B-Rank, or sweep it's claws to release a torrent of water that washes away your foes.

( Suiton: Tenkyū ) - Water Release: Heavenly Weeping
Type: Offensive
Rank: A
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra: 30
Damage: 60
Description: A technique in which chakra is kneaded in the user's body, transformed into water and then shaped into senbon in the mouth before finally being expelled at a high velocity. The needles are shot in an attempt to catch the enemy off guard, while also aiming at their vitals.
Pretty Simple. Knead chakra within your body, transform it into water, and then use shape manipulation to shape it into senbon that are released from the mouth. The senbon travels incredibly fast, and can often catch your enemies off guard.

Not much is shown about this one in the movie (or at least the part that I saw) but what I gathered is that you manipulate a water source to take on the shape of a giant wolf. You then have several options while it's active, which is either to shoot streams of water from its mouth or make one of its paws to do a sweep which releases into a wave of water, knocking back enemies. In the movie, once the beast did a sweep it dissipated although that may have been because Kakashi used to much chakra (both for the technique and his sharingan which at the time was short in supply). I am assuming the "Long Range" part refers to the streams correct? I don't think you could make the beast run that far as your manipulating the beast short range of yourself. I would understand though if it could considering you are using a water source but that's at best situational. It's an interesting technique to use especially considering its range. I'd rather use it once I've distracted my enemy considering the handseals, which take one some time if you're not a water specialist.

( Suiton: Tenkyū ) - Water Release: Heavenly Weeping

Ah a tricky jutsu. I'd rather use this one up close especially when caught in a sticky situation where your enemy might gain an upperhand like taijutsu/kenjutsu. Mid-range would be okay but considering the time it will travel (despite being fast), the distance will still give your enemy ample time to counter.

*researches*

OMG! Its the one the 2nd Hokage uses! That one's a real handy technique as it requires no handseals and is quite efficiency not to mention an A-rank. I'll definitely use this one in fights as its just...convenient. It also capatilzes on Tobirama's way of fighting - attacking when your enemy thinks he's won.

In regards to the water beast's range, I believe the 'Long Range' portion refers to the water beast itself, as well as the techniques it might use.

Heavenly Weeping sure is a sneaky technique though...

( Suiton: Arekuruu Hayase ) - Water Release: Raging Rapids
Rank: A
Type: Offensive
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra cost: 30
Damage points: 60
Description: Using their skills with Water Release, the user generates a powerful vortex of water around their enemy with a swing of their arm that sends them flying upwards and then dispels it with another hand gesture. (Requires a water source).
Note: Tobirama and Mei terumi can perform this without a water source.

(Suiton: Suidanha) Water Release: Severing Wave
Type: Offensive
Rank: S-rank
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 40
Damage: 80
Description:
After doing the Tiger hand seal, the user will quickly exhale a very thin stream of pressurized water that will be able to cut even rock. The most noteworthy feature of the technique is how fast the stream is and how sharp it can be. By moving his head, the user can alter the jet's cutting path, creating longer cuts or affecting bigger targets.
First S-Rank. Perform the tiger handseal and exhale a thin stream of pressurized water that can cut through rock. It's not only fast, but also incredibly sharp, and you can alter the streams cutting path by moving your head.

Mei's move. Quite a nice one to use both for the vortex and for launching your enemy into the air. A very good distracting technique that can be followed up with something like sixteen pillar bind. The thing that deters me is the water source. Unless I am a Houzuki, Mei, or Tobirama (possibly Kisame?), then its not so much a good idea to use. But with a water source already present it should be easier. No handseals means it can be produced more efficiently however the vortex is kind of a dead giveaway so best to keep an eye out for it. I wonder though does it lift you up over the technique or are you caught inside but still airborne? Upon more inspection, I'd definitely use this in a combo but still be limited to while on a water source.

(Suiton: Suidanha) Water Release: Severing Wave

Omg yes! The 2nd uses this quite nicely which makes me like him a lot more. This is one of those techniques I'd use against Kami's Hashirama bio. The pressure of the water can slice through most hard materials (if not all) which is even more awesome when you factor in that it can reach up to long range. However I think that the farther you try to reach, the more harder it gets to move it fast enough or maintain the trajectory which could leave you open for attack. It more or less reminds me of a firehose but with more strength and focus, allowing it to cut through several trees like the one's created by Madara during the war. I wonder if the pressure is too concentrated to allow a clone (or through y/y mastery) to add lightning into it to make it more deadly (if it wasn't already).

Description: The user inhales and molds a great amount of chakra into their chest, exhaling a very large quantity of water in the form of a powerful torrent towards their intended target. The stream of water is so powerful and concentrated it can rip through most obstacles in its path. The stream itself contains so much concentrated water that it can flood medium to large sized depressions of the battle field in relatively short amounts of time.
This one is pretty simply as well. Take a deep breath and mold a large amount of chakra into your chest, then proceed to exhale a massive amount of water in the form of a powerful torrent. Eh....The torrent contains a lot of concentrated water (Enough to flood large depressions in the earth).

(Suiton: Suidan no Jutsu) - Water Release: Water Bullet Technique

lol the one they used in the anime (manga too but meh) which they used with the lava/cement jutsu.

Now there's a technique I'd definitely use out there aside from the last one and Heavenly Weeping. Given the volume and pressure of the water, I'd definitely use it carefully against most fire techniques. Not the one's that move around but the one's that are more slower and focused. Now I have something to use against Vegeta if I ever battle him. I love it already because of the range and what I can do. So the previous one was for cutting like a sword while this one is more like a punch to the face. Seems legit. Liking how there are no handseals for this and the water created makes for a good setup for more water techniques that need a water source. Nice technique overall.

( Suiton: Suijinchū ) - Water Release: Water Encampment Pillar

How odd to see a purely defensive technique but very useful in the right situation. Looks like a good one to use against sharks although considering most would use it's S-Rank techniques, this might just slow them down rather than break them down. Would be a good one to counter a spinning technique like Raging Rapids. Not much to say on this one other than Mei did a good job using it against Madara. It's pretty straightforward but a good thing to try to use while airborne but not sure if it would be allowed.

Welp. That's the last water technique that you can learn. Congrats. You've mastered this element!! \^_^/

Oh, before I forget.

(Suiton: Suiryū Kōbaku ) - Water Release: Water Dragon Biting Explosion
Rank: S
Type: Offensive
Range: Short - Long
Chakra cost: 70
Damage points: 120
Description: The user will clap his hands and slam them on the ground, streaming an incredibly rapid stream of water through it, creating a large pool of water beneath the opponent to form, that gushes upwards in a burst, lifting the opponent high into the air. The user does the Bird → Dog → Snake → Rat hand seals after his opponent is mid air, using the water pool to shoot up to 8 small water bullets, designed to further raise the opponent into the air, disorient him and damage him. The water bullets gather above the opponent after hitting and passing through his position and form into a water dragon which then attacks the target, grabbing it in its jaws and forcefully bringing it crashing into the ground. The dragon comes down from above the target, bites the target and coils down, towards the ground, crushing the target between the ground and the now incredible mass of falling water. Tobirama Senju does this technique with his own specific hand seals, similar to how he does some other water techniques. Despite long and seemingly complex, the technique is quite fast to perform and trigger.
Note: Can only be used by Water Primary Specialists.
Note: Can only be used twice.
This tech is restricted to primary water specialists, so you can't use it unless you switch your specialty in the future. FOr convenience sake I'll go over it anyway.

Clap your hands and them slam them to the ground. While your hands are on the ground you'll stream an incredibly rapid stream of water through it, creating a large pool of water beneath your opponent. The pool of water will gush upwards in a burst to lift your foe into the air. At this point you will before the required handseals and use the pool of water to shoot up to 8 small water bullets that rise the opponent further into the air, disorienting and damaging him. The water bullets gather above the opponent and form into a water dragon which then attacks him once again, grabbing him in its jaws and forcefully bringing him crashing into the ground.

This technique might seem long, but it's quite fast to perform and trigger.

With that out of the way, you've now mastered Water. Congrats again
