Byakugan vs Sharingan

Yeah at start of series i have also seen and heard as well that byakugan can detect chakra points and chakra but as the series evolved now sharingan can even do the same which makes byakugan's point totally invalid, i doubt what it is on kishi-san's mind _@:

The only things they have in common would be seeing chakra, and in different ways being able to perceive unbelievably fast movement. In terms of perceiving chakra however, the Sharingan is only able to see chakra to a limited degree.. Comparatively, the Byakugan can see tenketsu. Kakashi noted the Sharingan cannot do so. The Sharingan also does not have zoomable vision, 360 degree vision, nor does it have X-Ray vision.



The Byakugan basically operates on a basis of simplicity. Where people are throwing out gigantic fireballs, the Hyuga simply manipulate chakra to create forced barriers or shields. Otherwise they only fight by killing internal organs.



We saw from Hiashi the scale of the Byakugan's techs can be pushed to levels that can compare to MS Sharingans, but it lacks the amount of move sets that the Sharingan has (Basic EMS/MS having a genjutsu, fire jutsu, Susanoo, plus copying affinities the individual has [typically fire plus something]).


The Byakugan plays to a more cautious individual where as the Sharingan odes to the frantic (those who wish to leap into action). In overall war zones the Sharingan is probably better, but in more stealth demanding situations the Byakugan is better.
