OK. am a Hyuuga nerd so i'll tell u a lot
The Byakugan is the primary focus of the Hyuuga's special arts. When the Byakugan is activated, their pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge.
The first ability of the Byakugan gives the user a near 360? field of vision, except for one blind spot at the back of the neck above the third thoracic vertebra.
The second ability is having the ability to see through solid objects, and can use a degree of telescopic sight. The distance and the degree of telescopic sight varies from person to person.
However, the third and one of the greatest uses of the Byakugan is the ability to see chakra, as well as the chakra circulation system inside another's body. It is from this particular ability that they are able to employ their ultimate attack style: Gentle Fist. Unlike the Strong Fist, which is focused on external injuries, the Gentle Fist style focuses on internal injuries. Each strike, when placed correctly, strikes along the Chakra Pathway System, which is the network of vessels that carry chakra. This network is closely intertwined with the functioning of the body's organs, and so, when the keirakukei take damage, the organs suffer as well. There is no defense against the Gentle Fist, since one cannot train one's internal organs to become stronger. The only possible defense is to stop the Gentle Fist's hits from connecting.
Sometimes the users of Byakugan make some hand seals when activating the ability, though it is also able to activate without any seals. The used seals are: Horse, Tiger, Boar with nearly straightened fingers, Hare, Rat, Dog, Horse, Dog, Hare, Tiger with lifting just index fingers, Rat, Boar with nearly straightened fingers, Dog and Snake with the right index finger lifted straightly. Sometimes just the last seal is used, and most commonly no seals are used.

jentle fist style is based on palm strikes, u put ur own chakra, a small amount, in to opponesnts pathway system. The opponents chakra flow is then damidged and he or she cant use any jutsus.
is this ok for not copying, but coppy paste is easier

that's why it is called that way
Because the chakra pathway system is invisible, the Byakugan is required for this style to be used effectively.

When the "Byakugan" is activated, the clan member gains an extra-sensory perception, which gives them penetrating sight and telescopic vision. This allows them to see the tenketsu; the internal chakra coils system 361 pressure points. This vision also grants the member a near 360? view of their surroundings, the higher the skill of the clan member, the further the distance from which they can sense incoming attacks. Unfortunately the vision does have a weakness, a small blind spot that extends outwards from the vertebra of the upper back.

To hit the exact point in opponents body, if u hit it right , the ipponent can't use jutsus anymore, but that spot cant bee seen without Byakugan

Hitting all of those whilst exerting chakra into those points can stop the opponent's chakra flow completely, making them unable to utilize chakra and thus use ninjutsu or Genjutsu, since these require the use of chakra.

Example:
"I hit both the dummies shoulder's with my palms whilst exerting chakra from them, making sure the dummy cannot use them. Then, with two fingers, I strike the aorta, the main vein/artery (I forgot which one it is to be honest) and exert chakra from those fingers, to make him bleed to death slowly, in a couple of minutes"
This one isn't that detailed, but it's more or less like it. Try something like that.

This one isn't that detailed, but it's more or less like it. Try something like that.
i hit the point a little bellow shoulders, extracts the chackra in those points, stops pupets chakra flow (uses 2 fingers for that) , pupet no use ninjutsu or genjutsu....
then attacks organs of the pupets body, the organs suffer, and get damadged badly.
