This was discussed in ths very thread. Are you reading the posts? Nothing is concrete evidence at the cure moment. The only thing we know is that Boruto was completely immune due to his Hyuga blood. And that Byakugan can allegedly see ones fate.

Also that Sasuke could perceive the tech but could not move.

That hasn't been confirmed. We do not know what momoshiki did. We can only speculate. He has a mark but that doesn't mean he has momoshiki soul. There's no hard evidence.

I still doubt that it's a Byakugan feat. Momoshiki also has the Rinnegan. Plus, Sasuke could see through this feat with his own Rinnegan, which should say something right?

I'd agree about it being rinnegan but Sasuke said he.couldnt move and Momo said Hyuga blood.

Rinnegan and Byakugan are the oldest eyes of the three. Not to mention Sasuke eye is one of a kind.

Rinnegan is some strong shit to perceive time stopping and see spirits. Makes sense given his paths and being able to see limbo.

Sasuke saw them. I don't believe he was close enough to hear them. Which is weird seeing how the war arc Obito was standing on a 300ft tall monster and could hear people on the ground fine.

Well in the anime version of Kidomaru vs neji (yes i know it's not cannon) but you can see everything around Neji Looks like it's moving in super slow motion.

Here you see neji moving very fast but in Neji's POV everything is moving in super slow motion around him. It could be where the idea of time control came from for boruto series or something kishi intended to implement but never got round to or what ever.

I'll say it again, I know it's not cannon, I'm not saying Neji can control time or what ever.
