It seems like the aliens are really showing how much the Byakugan is capable of.

For them to freeze time and evolve/mutate into different eyes pretty much confirms that the Hyuga aren't nearly as close to using their eyes as the moon people and aliens.

Hinata, Boruto, Himawari, and Hanabi are the only ones closet.


They also see people's fates apparently, kinda making Neji words haunting. Even though he was largely wrong about certain things.

Or else Momoshiki wouldn't state that the one with Hyuuga Blood Isn't affacted by the technique.

It's either a Byakugan technique or an Ototsuki Jutsu which would also explain why Boruto wasn't affacted because Hyuugas are the closest to the Ototsuki.

But in no way or form was that a Rinnegan Jutsu.

He noted Boruto ability to move and perceive time freezing and attributed it to his Hyuga blood.

Sasuke who has rinnegan and uchiha was only able to perceive that time stopped. Wouldn't it make sense that he be able to move as well?

You could say he was simply observing and stood still but he implied he couldn't move and I doubt he would allow Momoshiki to get that close to Boruto while saying such ominous things.

Boruto and his eye weren't active either and was still able to perceive and move when time stopped. He also activated it when looking directly at Boruto heavily implying he could see his fate but not his own and that his eyes would lead to ruin.

If someone who is without eyes can summon Susanoo, the by product of MS/EMS I don't find it far fetch that his time freezing warranted it.

Rinnegan is as old as Byakugan. Sharingan is the youngest eye.

I'm quite sure Momoshiki's Byakugan only changed colors when he had Kinshiki's chakra, which he didn't during his conversation with Bolt?
