Didn't we all think that everyone in the Hyuuga clan possess the Byakugan? NOw Hiashi tells us otherwise that only some can truly awaken it and master its power. That really says a thing or two.

For Byakugan to overpower the numerous feat of Sharingan, it needs legit development, not a barrage of random feats just to seemingly force its rise to canonical power scaling. I just wished Kishi could have done this. It would feel more real.

Things don't go like that in kishimoto's LOGIC. Let's inspect the genealogy sharingan and byakugan:
- The source of byakugan is the "ordinary" Otsutsuki clan.
- The source of Sharingan is the Holy Fruit of Power/ Juubi's eye.
- The Fruit of Power >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Otsutsuki basic powers (including Byakugan).
THEREFORE, Shringan >>>>> Byakugan.
