Nah it's already been confirmed by Kishi in his interview that the heroine is Sakura. Don't forget the one-shot is narrated by Mitsuki.

Great thread Michael-san! Hinata has grown from shy girl to leading her clan into war. For not being a MC she has more developement than alot of characters an has pretty much taking the spotlight from others imo.
