Agree, her Mind Trasnfer has gotten way faster, I'd go so far as to say she could capture opponents in one-on-ones at this point. Mantaining the transfer or Doing damage, however, is another case.
I think you've gone too far.. it does not give off chidori streams or something when that jutsu hits something.. the tenseigan reacts to it because it has been hit/touched. that's why it has lightning streaks.. -_-
