Byakugan Needs a power like mangeyko sharingan !!

rinnegan > sharingan > byakugan

I suppose you could propose that notion, it's just that the Hyūga have been over-shadowed by the Uchiha; they (the Hyūga) simply no longer hold an important role, therefore, powering-up the Byakugan isn't something that Kishimoto-sensei requires himself to do.​

I agree. Byakugan was always my favorite Daojutsu. i wanted to orginally make my 1st bio a Hyuga but I need to mak the rank of Jonin before I can, so saving that for my 2nd bio once I reach Jonin rank.

But yeah Byakugan needs an upgrade to. It doesn't need to be as powerful as the Sharingan or Rinnegan, but it should be able to hold its own agains the OP Daojutsu. Like the Kunoichi of the narutoverse, Byakugan got left behind by the other eye techniques which is sad.

This as well^ It would have been cool if they had given the Byakugan a power up back when the Mangenkyo Sharingan was introduced, but this late in the game it wouldn't really mak any sense now...such a shame...

I could see the logic behind a 'higher' state of the Byakugan... but at the same time... part of me wants to see it kept "pure."

The Sharingan has been blown insultingly out of proportion. The defacto response Kishimoto has shown for challenges to Sharingan holders is not to utilize their supposedly sharp intellect or the eye's ability to see keen details...... no... it merely gets a new move that is "balanced" by the fact that it makes the user blind (well, for a few chapters at least, until it needs another power-up and then we just remove all the negative side-effects for using previously perilous jutsu).

So, in a lot of ways - I hope the Byakugan stays relatively pure. I would like to see some elaboration upon its abilities and the various arts of the Hyuuga family - but I would like to see the Byakugan kept in relative check. If it gets a 'power up' - I think it should relate to the Hyuuga's art form and expand upon it rather than being the gun brought to a knife fight.

no thanks, I preferred things before the mangekyou cropped up, senju dna came along, and the rinnegan was simply an anomaly. now everyone has to have a tailed beast, senju dna, or dojutsu, and it has squashed the creativity and wonder out of the series.

Yeah, they should just leave it where it is. It's got alot of neat tricks. Even though some people call it the least powerful of the three, I'd still rather have that then the Sharingan or Rinnegan.

That Tiger fist tech that Hinata used against Pain (I forget the name of the jutsu) It could have been upgraded to like a long ranged attack for example, or another Gentle Fist tech or two that could withstand things like Amateratsu and most importantly, some kind of counter jutsu for the cheap and overused Sharingan genjutsu techs like Tsukuyomi, Izanagi, And all the other ones that keep being pulled out of the Uchiha's butts at the last minute.

...It's a little too late for that now though.
