Ashura eventually awakening the bodily power so it was dormant until then. Not he trained and honed it.
Like I said chakra was dormant so it can be dormant until it's awakened. All the praise Indra receivef wss any of it shared by Madara or Sasuke. The answer is no they awoke their powers at a later time.

Kaguya doesn't have all sharingan powers,granted she also cant do everything a byakugan user can do. Thats not my point. Kaguyas does have sharingan,rinnegan and byakugan powers but only Hyuuga stans use aliens to back up their argument because the normal ninjas were Hyuuga showcasing was too weak.
The simple reason for that is a Byakugan is not that powerful to be compared to EMSand cannot be used as a defending argument unless the user has another attribute that far outweighs the byakugan.
So you use Kaguya someone whose stronger than everyone to defend the Byakugans abiltiies.
