Byakugan immune to Tsukoyomi?

Isnt the byakugan immune to genjutsu? maybe tsukoyomi doesnt work on Hyuugas.

Good point. In reality, Byakugan, unlike Sharingan has no anti Genjutsu feats. Ao just noticed that Mizukages chakras flow was unnatural, and concluded that he was affected by Genjutsu.
