Serious answer: Sensing and seeing a chakra is not same. Sensing power can have special paranormal ability that help the user sense something that cant be seen by eyes. Like Kurama giving Naruto negative sensing.

Seeing chakra just telling you what the chakra looks like. But if feeling had its own chakra behavior/nature, Byakugan user can see it and notice it.
