I don't think so. I think that the two doujutsu allowed her clarity and perception beyond what they individually offer. If she had the rinnegan in her boobs she would be undefeatable.

This could be true. It would give nice synergy between her Byakugan and Sharingan/Sharinnegan. I like this idea.

The fact that kaguya's sharingan had 9 tomoe, indiicates to me that there's something special about it.(we know for a fact that the sharingan's power increases with the number of tomoe, so logic dictates that kaguya's sharingan is far stronger than the one indra and all the uchihas have.)

Imagine if she had a Rinnegan as well. Seeing in 360 vision, prediction and adaptability, and sharing vision. A couple of clones and she would see literally everything and can react accordingly.
