Stop comparing nagato with itachi. Nagato will pawn itachi easily If they fight. You cant really use that battle to judge them, nagato is edo for christ sake. He was been control by nagato. If that was a real battle do you think nagato will just stay and allow itachi to seal him? And moreover it's 3vs1.

Nobody is unbeatable.
What i will say is that his only let down was his stamina and that in itself wasnt that bad. His greatest weapon was his intelligence because you can have op techniques, but if you dont know how to use them your opponent can evade it and possibly kill you with a kunai

I agree with the intelligence and planning. I am not a fan of overating characters and I'm not a fangirl, but from what we've seen in the series every single thing that Itachi has ever done in his life was all part of the plan. NB didn't make that up...Kishi did. I'd say that I see more arguments for Tskuyomi (idk how to spell it) rather than Amaterasu. People can beat Itachi though and people know that, it's just that some of the arguments made are poorly crafted or we just know that certain opponents just aren't on his level. Or on a few other key character's levels.
no he isn't ems madara would bring him to the brink but still lose, hashirama might because of his cells, sasuke isn't as strategic as itachi but he has stronger chakra, minato-same intellect but faster (even humble itachi said he and nagato could accomplish anything if they wanted too (so both of them are like so6p in one)

He has to be in the susasnoo form to use those items and he has shown plenty that he is not sasuke in the form of having the chakra.

I bet if Kisame transformed, he could have beat Itachi.
I also think because kisama chakra level is on tail beast lvl, he has the ability to
break gen jutsu without being a perfect host. Also, itachi would be a sitting duck
underneath water, since Kisame fuse with his sword would be a problem. His
speed and attack power are increase dramatically.

Lol thats cute as well, Totsuka sword and Yata mirror are items, legendary or not, they can still be knocked off from hand, in this case susano's. And pretty sure the people listed can manage that. Few examples
- Harashima's wood style to contain' susano's movements
- Nagato's Chibaku Tensei or Universal Pull
And Susano is only as good as Itachi's chakra stamina, which isnt alot.
The only problem is Itachi's tsukuyomi, if the opponent gets caught then its game over, if that is.

I didn't argue that he wasn't the strongest, I asked where is he now. I still stand by that answer simply because you are going on about situations your brain is making up and not things that have actually happened and fights that have not even occurred.
If he were to kill Tobi then, what would be the point of story up until now? You are still bringing "what ifs" into this discussion. Pull your head out of dreamland, read the manga and watch the show and come back with facts and not what you think.

When Orochimaru battled the 3rd Hokage he had the Sound 4 create a barrier. Apart from that, what did they do? Nothing. Did that make it 5 vs 1? No. They never touched the 3rd. In this case it was 2 vs 1 and was still advantage Nagato. Two of the strongest Jinchuuriki! Itachi rescued them and single-handedly put an end to Nagato. The key to ending the jutsu was Itachi's idea, but I guess you can say it was 3 vs 1 against a floating rock.
My God. Do you even follow Naruto as well? How many times have Itachi caught Naruto in genjutsu without him even knowing? Too many times to count, enough times to kill if only it was his intention to. He wanted to kill neither Sasuke nor Naruto, if you knew anything about the show you would know this.
** To all the people listing fights that have not occurred kindly pull your heads out of dreamland as well. Go by events that have actually happened and not what you think might happen because of (insert ability/jutsu here).

That statement is not true, yes Itachi is a badass but every jutsu has a weekness, we just haven't seen anything that can top him yet. The only people I see having the chance to defeat him would be the SOSP, Madara (possibly), Minato for sure and Naruto cause of the eye Itachi gave him and Naruto beats all the badasses
