Did he not take the power of the beast inside of him against it's will, and that little being in the tree could've been an hallucination, the beast has to be willing to help. Also, but there is a possibility the Kaguya like then can possible help, but the nature of what she is was not explained , so we dont know if she can effect Madara chakra.

Her genjutsu skills mean nothing to Mangekyo Sharingan genjutsu. Only people with kekkei genkai and sharingan an break tsukoyomi. Kakashi had sharingan but he didn't have the kekkei genkai. Thus Itachi trashed Kakashi in their fight. Sakura has neither sharingan nor the kekkei genkai. Her genjutsu prowess is absolutely useless in front of Itachi's Tsukoyomi

But we do have canon proof, if you are speaking of Sakura being able to break Tsukuyomi.

Madara only has one Rinnegan, not two. He will likely obtain his left eye as well, but he hasn't yet, so we cannot just assume that he has. He is also not a perfect jinchuuriki: he has subdued the Juubi, it is not willingly cooperating with him.

That said, I do agree that it is highly unlikely for Sakura to trap Madara in a genjutsu.

I truly believe she will be able to break high level genjutsu. That scan is for tsukiyomi.

It's still irrelevant, if all she can do is break high-level genjutsu.

Naruto is a perfect jinchuuriki. You can't place him under genjutsu, because Kurama will break it.

Sasuke has EMS and the Juubi's Eye. He will see through genjutsu (Madara's genjutsu will most likely be ocular, given that he is, after all, an Uchiha).

Naruto and Sasuke have got counters for genjutsu covered.

Not to mention that Sasuke, having EMS and the Juubi's Eye, is leagues beyond Sakura as far as genjutsu goes.

Sakura doesn't even have any good feats with genjutsu. All she's ever done is break genjutsu, and that too in Part I.
