hmm looks pretty good for the 1st time, the 3rd looks the best cause the colors arent boring like the other,, you should add a second wave(so to speak)of colors, 1 lighter 2nd darker, like at his neck, 2nd under the lips and nose, and important add highlights, that can make the image look better by a lot
