Finally, Bolin would focus his katon chakra into the oven superheating the chakra while the fire erupted baking him like toast, the crunchy type.

Gathering chakra into my lungs and kneading said chakra into fire by heating it up. I release the fire through my gullet out to my mouth and using shape manipulation, i shoot out three condensed small balls of fire towards your clones, one for each. The balls hone towards the clones and upon contact it explodes into a great malestrom of fire with awesome destruction.

Lets say, I'm working on doton no jutsu.

1st application: I can use the doton to impale a target from below.

2nd application: I can raise the pillar so that an opponent running towards me clashes against it.

3rd App: I can raise the pillar bellow my feet to launch me high into the sky or backwards.

4th App: I can raise the pillar to cause a liquid chemical moving towards me to diverge into another path.

And so on.. Many ways in which you can use a single jutsu. I just asked you and I believe it won't be a problem. Right?

3). After launching an earth technique, I could supplement it with the fireball creating a ball of magma or leave with stacked up damage.

Stomp the ground to create a tunnel, then knead your fire chakra and spew fire through the tunnel and erupt from beneathe you target.

I'll begin my stomping the ground with my right feet manipulating my doton chakra therein to instantly shape out a tunnel at the place of impact. Kneading my fire chakra and releasing the gathered chakra after manipulating it to a fire ball which I proceed to spew towards the target from underground. Carrying debris, dust, plants, roots along with it its wake and by weaving a single handseal, it would erupt into a maelstrom of fire that burns the target to crisp.
Combos - After this technique, I can use Wind Blade to further amplify the damage.
There's Four-Pillar Blind technique that will successfully go through when the target is focused on the technique.

I begin this next technique by gathering my chakra which I heat up manipulating it into Katon chakra. Proceeding to channeling the chakra into the earth right below me as a flame of fire would be created roughly 5m in front of me burning as hot as it could be.
Weaving one hand seal, I'd inhale and in the same flow exhale a huge gust of wind towards the flame of which the wind technique efficiently enhances the damage properties of the flame to a new level as it approaches your clone and burns it drastically causing it to disperse momentarily.

Question: You said the wind would increase the range of the technique so will the original range for the Fire change. Like From Short - Mid to Short - Long or Mid to Long when I choose to use it.

The gust of wind is part of the jutsu, you don't have to use Atsugai again.

The fire is short range from you, the wind transport it up to mid-range.

You will stomp the ground with one of your foot while sending chakra into the ground through that foot. Then use the chakra to form pillars of fire that emerge from the ground. You can use it in verities of ways. If you want, you can spread them out or make them or some to come from directly below the target. You can bring them out just infront of you so that it serves as a defensive wall. Etc.

1. Focusing a great amount of chakra in my body super heating it inducing fire properties into it. Then by releasing this chakra in the shape of a large fireball towards the target. As it reaches the opponent, it explodes into a maelstrom of flames.
2. To begin with, I begin by stomping the ground before me while passing fire Chakra into the earth via my right leg then by shaping the chakra into pillars of fire evenly shaped in front of me, sending it outwards towards the target, incinerating any thing on it's way.

Assuming you're the one.
During battle, Toneri would notice Priest weave the required hand seal and by feeling the heat transmitted from the ground below alerting me of an impending fire attack. Weaving a lone hand seal, I'll spit a huge amount of water in form of waves to douse the flames before reaching their potential and still continue towards the opponent.

I don't totally agree with your counter though. How would spitting water towards me, counter what's coming from below you?

My suggestion is you remove yourself from the vicinity with a jutsu that allows you to or you defend yourself on the spot with an approapriate defense which covers your below.

First you make two shadow clones, then at the same time, all three of you knead your fire chakra at the same time and spew a long stream of intense flame which would combine to form a dragon that proceeds towards a target.

Firstly, I would weave the traditional clone hand seal creating two exact copies of my self which nods on approval at me knowing their tasks.
In sync, we would gather chakra into our mouths, heating it up to the maximum before spewing it out in form of intense flames from three entities that collide to create a giant dragon that burns your clone.
Secondly, I would effectively channel chakra into my mouth again following the earlier process of heating it up before releasing this said chakra taking the shape of several dragon heads with solid properties that can burn on contact too.
Lastly, I would knead chakra into my lungs before channeling it to my mouth spewing out ash that has been infused with my chakra. It covers a large expanse effectively creating a smoke screen and can burn anyone who comes in contact with it.
