Elemental chakra refers to the chakra involved with basic elements such as katon,fuuton,raiton,doton,suiton. These chakra produces the natural outcome of these elements.

Nature manipulation is the conversion of raw chakra into natural outcome of elements,these involves various manipulation process.
Katon : heating up raw chakra in the lungs
Suiton : increasing the fluidity and liquidity of raw chakra.
Raiton : increasing the level of oscillation,vibration and frequency of raw chakra.
Doton : manipulating raw chakra to become sturdy,dense as it is available in the environment.
Fuuton : manipulating raw chakra to be less dense as well as making it sharp and thin.
Handseals are different hand signs which a ninja makes in releasing an element or performing jutsu. Some elements are of different hand seals,but all hand seals must be fast.
Hand seals include : rat,monkey,boar,ox,tiger,dragon etc. These handseals take names of different animals.

Fire is the chemical reaction known as combustion. It composed of carbondioxide,water vapour,oxygen and nitrogen. It produces heat and light.
Katon is one of the basic 5 element that is associated with the tiger handseal and are mainly mid-long range jutsu that deals explosive damage. Uchihas are seen to have the affinity of katon from birth.
Wind strengthen fire while water eliminates fire. Fire creates conditions for lightning to take place. Earth tends to work more against fire instead of with it.
Kekkei Genkai ;
Combination of water and fire makes boil while earth and fire makes Lava.
Fire is very destructive and is mainly attack based, and water is strong against it as wind strengthens it.

Fire+water..think of boiling water, hot water, warm water, steam, vapour. Not that every fire/water reaction makes fire dies out just like that, the mixture gives you special products which you can use in various ways like: when making CJs, battle and whatnot.

Fire+Wind....think of hot air, fire tornado, fire hurricane

Fire+Lightning....no tangible product with their mixture, though both produces heat.

Fire+Earth... Hot sand, hot soil, hot ground, molten magma, lava,...

Having gathered the raw chakra,i nature manipulate the chakra into katon by heating up the chakra and steaming it up to a boiling rate.
