Shisui Looks at you,He then after a few Moments of analysing you starts talking.
Fire Release... or also Known as katon. Katon is a Form of Using Nature and Shape Transformation in the use of Fire,Its hot and it doesn't have a Solid Form. It is capable of Burning trough alot of materials.
The fire Can be Extinguished using Water release, Water release is capable of Removing the Oxygen of the fire Thus Killing it.
Fire release Usually uses Short to mid Range Jutsu along with most uses being Projectile Shot from the mouth.
The Uses are Most times, Heating up chakra and Blasting it out.
In my opinion, Fire release is one of the best elements due to its Heat and Way to be combined.
If you mix Fire with Wind, THe wind Jutsu will strengthen the fire jutsu, It will both Increase the fire jutsu's Damage and the size.
Once Mixed, They can Produce Scorch Release
Fire is wind's weakness.
If you mix fire with Earth, You can use Certain jutsu to send out flaming Earth Projectiles that pack a Punch, Further more,
Fire and Earth turn into Lava Release.
Earth is Neutral to fire
If you mix Fire with Water usually the water removes the fire release's Oxygen, Extinguishing it.
But, It also Creates vapour Release, Thick and Hot Mist, That is quite strong.

He then starts to Mold his chakra from his chakra point.
he Directs the chakra towards his Lungs.There he starts to Use Nature transformation to transform the Raw Chakra into an Fire Affinity. He Has trouble with this, He Pictures heat, The sun and Fire. Causing THe chakra in his Lungs to Heat up slowly.
He Feels the heat and it reminds him of Fireworks, Its Hot and sparkling. But Its not too Hot, Shisui is Surprised that his Lungs is capable of holding the Heat. Shisui then Tries to use Shape Transformation. Holding an Image of a Fire ball in his Mind. He Forms the Fire Chakra into a Small Fire ball. I start Molding Chakra from my chakra points.
I Direct them from al around my body towards my Lungs once again.
I Use Nature transformation to change the raw chakra's Affinity into hot fire.
as i do that, I now have more knowledge of how the jutsu is supposed to be, Thus I find the right heat.
I then use shape Manipulation, I Spread the Hot Fire chakra into 5 Parts.I form those Parts into Small Fireballs.
I Direct the fireball towards my Mouth.
As i do that i Use my right Eye to Pinpoints to the dummy.
"Here i go! Katon: Ryu Kaen Bakufuu!"
I Spit out the fireballs with good Precision, Setting 5 diffrent Dummies on fire.
I then continue to gather chakra from my chakra points.
I direct those toward my Lungs, Where i once again heat it up.While doing that i Grab few Shuriken(around 6). I didn't pay enough attention and accidently Heated up the chakra a bit to much, Burning my lungs.
"egh... My mistake..."
Using my water knowledge, I cool down the chakra into the Heat i wanted it to be.
i Release the Fire Chakra into the shuriken that i am holding.I continue to throw the Shuriken.
"Katon: Kaen Shuriken Ranbu!"
As if there was a Mental Chain between me and the Shuriken, I Set them on Fire, Causing them to Burn the Dummies ahead of me.

Nicely done. Here's something a bit different. Perform the Snake, Ram, Monkey, and Tiger handseals before exhaling flammable gas at your target instead of fire. Ignite the gas with a fire jutsu to create a large fireball and set him ablaze. Find a dummy nearby.

This jutsu is the basic Katon jutsu. It allows you to release small fire balls or streams by exhaling it as usual or releasing fire from your limbs as you move. Another method is to cover your hands or feet with fire for more damaging taijutsu attacks. Try all three on these targets.

Eyeing the dummies in front of him, He Molds his Chakra and Performs the snake,ram,monkey and tiger handseals.
Fromout his Chakra points, He Molds the chakra and Directs it towards his Lungs.Instead of just Turning it into Fire, He Heats up the chakra and Spreads it around in Tiny Bits, Creating a Sort of Gas.As he Does that, I Directs the Gas towards his Mouth.
"Katon: Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu!! And thats not all..."
He Quickly Molds more Chakra from his Chakra points, Sending it towards his Lungs. He heats it up, While thinking about fire.
Shisui then Raises his right palm, While directing The heated up Chakra towards his hand.
He waits until the Gas covers the area where all the Dummies stand, And releases a Fire ball from his Hand.
Within Seconds, The Gas Turns into a blazing Fireball, Setting fire and Completely Destroying the dummies.

He Turns the chakra into Fire Style and Directs it towards his right arm and Left Leg.
Shisui Sends a Right Punch, Against the right side of the Dummy and Finishes the Dummy off with using his left Leg to Kick the Dummy, Breaking it and sending it in flames.
I am Not sure what you mean with trough Movement, But il try it out
I Slide to the left,While Molding more Chakra into Fire style.
I direct the chakra towards my left and right leg, Sending small Flames coming off them.
I Jump, Aiming to get over the dummy. As i Fly right above the dummy, I release Fire From my Legs, Sending the Dummy on fire
Shisui Finds himself in front of the last dummy.
He molds chakra from his chakra points and sends it towards his lungs.
There he Kneads and Molds it into a Flame Ball, and Shisui then Heats it up, Keeping Fire in his mind.
He then Directs it up his throat to his mouth.
He Instantly Spits out the Fire Ball towards the dummy, Hitting it Point Blanc in the Middle.

You got it. About time we started doing sets of 3 jutsu. I'll also introduce new targets, the Six Paths of Pein. Now simply exhale a small, quick stream of flame at your target. Try it out.

Description: After performing the necessary hand seals Snake → Ram → Monkey → Boar → Horse → Tiger, a ninja inhales air, and utilizing a large amount of fire chakra, spews a large fireball from their mouth after blowing through a ring made by the thumb and index finger of the user, incinerating everything in range. The fireball ignites externally. The fire ball can present itself in 2 forms: it can either be created by a stream of fire and sustained as a gigantic ball of flames in front of the user spanning up to short range or be released as a slightly smaller ball of fire which will travel towards the enemy up to mid range.
For this jutsu, simply throw a lighter with a open flame and focus katon chakra on it, making the flame expand into a defensive wall of flame. Take this and block my attack.

"Ah yes!, He Jutsu of My clan..."
Shisui starts forming the handseals: Snake → Ram → Monkey → Boar → Horse.
As he Does that he Molds Chakra, a Large Amount of Chakra.
He sends the chakra towards his Stomach, Where he Heats up the chakra keeping fireworks in mind.
He Continues that and also Starts to shape the chakra, turning it into a large ball of fire.
He Forms the Tiger handseal right Below his Mouth.
"Katon: Gōkakyū no Jutsu!!!"
He Breathes in the air and Rapidly afterwards releases a Grand Ball of fire, Sending it forwards toward 3 Paths of pain.

Good enough.Here's a jutsu that comes in two forms, a burning trap and a projectile. After performing the Tiger handseal produce and manipulate fire streams running across the ground. They should surround the target in the form of a circle preventing escape. Alternately, with the same Tiger handeal, a fire stream can be exhaled and manipulated to form a ring-shaped fireball. Use both forms on this guy. Can't have my dinner getting away.

It can also be used in combination with Wind Release: Divine Wind to create a tornado of flames, or with Wind Release: Godly Wind from the Mountains to release a massive inferno. The stream of fire can be created by stomping the ground (running across the ground in this case) or by spewing the flames (which will form an airborne ring of flames that will travel towards the enemy).
Next, attach a long cord-like object to your target and perform the Snake, Dragon, Rabbit, and Tiger handseals. Then breathe fire along the cord causing the flames to rush toward and incinerate the target at the other end. The best method is to trap your target with ninja wire so it can't possibly miss its mark. Find a Pein around here.

For this jutsu simply perform the Tiger handseal and exhale a fire stream. Nothing new. That guy looks cold.

Il try to make this quick but powerfull.
Shisui Stands still.
Molding His Physical and Spiritual Force from his Tenketsu's.
Kneading them together and turning them into chakra. he sends the chakra towards his lungs. and Shisui then heats the chakra up, Causing it to Burn slightly, Feeling like Fireworks for shisui. Shisui forms the Tiger handseal and releases the fire chakra. Shisui does a Spin and exhales a large Circle of fire, Shisui Focuses the Fire Ring towards the Crab, Hurting it badly.
"Not done yet!"
Shisui once again focuses.Molding His Physical and Spiritual Force from his Tenketsu's.
Kneading them together and turning them into chakra. He Sends the Chakra to his feet, Where he heats it up.
once heated up, Shisui releases the chakra by stomping the ground, As From both his fee, a Small trail of fire heads towards the crab.
once it reaches the crab, it circles around it and release a large amount of fire, Containing the crab there.
question: Does the Second Attack do any damage? in the movie it had to be combined with the wind jutsu to do any damage.
Shisui Runs towards a nearby Pain, Jumps Right behind him and Attaches a Small Metal Cord to it. The pain doesn't notice it and Shisui Jumps some distance behind. He then forms the Snake → Dragon → Rabbit → Tiger handseals.Then Shisui Molds His Physical and Spiritual Force from his Tenketsu's.He Kneads them together and heats the chakra up, He then sends the chakra towards his Lungs, Where he Continues to Spit out the flame against the cord, Sending a Flame towards the Pain. As the pain tries to escape, He can't because hes stuck to the metal cord.

"Lets get it started!"
As Shisui says that, he Swiftly forms the Rat → Tiger → Dog → Ox → Rabbit → Tiger handseals.
Whilst Combining his Spiritual and Pysical power inside of his chakra points.
Causing Chakra to flow and shisui starts to mold that.
He sends the Chakra into his Lungs, where he heats it up heavily.
Once again forming a campfire as an Image, The Fire heats up Quickly.
Shisui Finishes it by applying Shape Transformation and Changing the large Fire Ball into several Smaller ones.
Then shisui inhales while directing the Fire balls up his throat. as he Exhales, The Several Fireballs are send away flying towards a path of pain.
He then using the remaining Sum of Heated up chakra, Exhales them.
In the Short period of time that the other fireballs are in the air, Shisui grabs several shuriken, Throwing them into the fire balls. The Paths of Pain fail to see the shuriken, And end up getting Penitrated( =D )
I once again Mold both my Spiritual and Pysical Power inside of my Chakra points.
As the chakra begins to flow, I direct it towards my Lungs, Where i mold it and easily heat it up.
I Exhale the Large amount of Fire, Maintaining it as it flies towards a path of pain.
I force the amount of fire to surround the path of pain, Burning the Pain all trough.
Shisui Starts molding Spiritual and Pysical power once again, Turning it into Chakra.
That i Mold and Direct towards my lungs, Where i heat it up and Reshape it into several fireballs.
I inhale and Jump into Midair, Where i exhale, Sending the fireballs Raining down upon one unlucky path of pain.
Not bad. For this jutsu, exhale a small fireball at your target, this one brighter and capable of hitting further targets. Try hitting that.
