a burning is a type of proper burial for war and now shes going to killed all to give him a proper burial and i just thought of something burning is used in non war cultures but its called creamation

Well if she would've done that, there wouldnt be an upper hand for the enemy (Madara) and Naruto would end up boring that way and by the way did I miss something?

I don't know why not, but I guess she didn' have time or they were too close to eachother and Konan decided not to do anything that would be a regret type of thing. But not everyone burns the body's. Konoha they have cemetaries and graves. They bury their comrades and I assume so does Amegakure. Sure there are cremations and stuff but everyone has their way of dealing with the loss of family/loved one/anyone really.
she didn't burn the body because the hidden village of rain doesn't burn bodies.

You need the Rinnegan in order to make the dead bodies into living moving puppets. They only did that in order to have another Pain body if the previous was destroyed. now that Nagato died and doesn't have control over creating life they wont be stocking up on bodies to use.
You need the rinnegan to animate the bodies, but you can graft pieces of dead bodies into living bodies and gain some use from them. Look at Yamamoto. Look at Kabutomaru. Look at the one non-hyuga that has a bakugan.
Just cause you can't reanimate them and put them under a single person's cohesive direction doesn't mean they don't have some use for his body.
Short of any of that, maybe konan just didn't want kabuto's body messed with.

I think konan would of wanted yahiko and nagatos body to be disposed of peacefully i dont think that konan would of wanted to burn them, she might've burried them at the place they met or where they formed akatsuki?

She didnt burn the body coz if she did that then we wudnt have the opportunity of watching this awesome fite...this is how naruto works....ppl dnt do things they shud do coz if they did those things then we wudnt have any more mangas or a good story...

true enough. For instance, why didn't Tobi just come back a couple weeks later and take naruto now that he was the jinchuriki, or before naruto graduated the academy. This would have made his plans so much easier.just take the jinchurikis before they become ninjas, then stock pile them until you're ready to use them. but no, he waits until they're trained ninjas, and does stuff the hard way. Amateur lol
I wonder if Konan even knows where nagato is buried. I know we saw her taking nagao and yahiko's bodies with her.... yet then we see three mounds on the shrine for Jiraya (basically his grave). Which makes me wonder if Nagato and Yahiko were buried with their sensei???

I think like others here that Konan didnt burn them cuz they were her two closest friends and she wanted them buried

well she probaly nows she cant win and shes just going to dieand then his bodys going to be ravaged
he might not have come back because he might have had to lick his wounds, and he should have known that the jinchuriki who can not protect themselves would be protected by the village they live in, you have to remember that each village that has a biju will try to protect it, even if they fear the beast/jinchuriki. they don't want to lose it's potential power.
I'm guessing madara spent his time analyzing the jinchuriki and theyr fighting style as they developed and let them grow to a point where the villages might belive that they can hold theyr own. in the same time he formed akatsuki with some formidable members capable of taking on these jinchuriki.
that way he could chose the fighters so they have a good advantage over the jinchuriki and stay in the shadows himself.
and on topic, I doubt the would have burned the body, she said that the rinnegan is a treasure of the rain village, she would not burn them unless they were in danger of being lost and used against them. plus, nagato is one of her dear friends, I suspect she could not do it unless she knew it was nagato's own wish.
