BSM naruto wins this
--He defeats the bijjuu jus how did in canon, and now that he has SM amplification his offense and durability are increased
--He creates KB that can disrupt Obitos kamui based moveset,,, and he has the near FTG level speed along with SM sensing to effectively attack Obito once he manifests physically to attack naruto
--His katons and smalll mokutons are non factor, they are not even scratching narutos durability nor are they even landing a hit on naruto,,,

If he is allow Paths then Obito wins.
-In canon we witness all of Buijuu's ninjutsu was able to hurt Kurama's chakra. And Buiju Paths will do as much damage
-In canon Naruto had support with Bee, and Kakashi and Guy (even though this part is a bit of an excuse) dely the fight for Naruto's progress.
-Manga knowledge would change Obito's focus to a different style then using TBB.
Naruto gets overwhelmed just like a canon, with a much better fighting choice.

BSM Naruto wins, paths or not.
He has more raw power than 5 paths with BM, and when he only had 5 minutes in that mode. Naruto enhancing his entire BM arsenal with senjutsu would easily close the gap that killer bee filled, and if for some reason that isn't enough naruto can use kage-level clones to aid him.
Once it's just him and Juubito, Naruto stomps as since intent is to kill, not capture and talk to him after the war is over, or break his mask, which means none of this fighting obito 1 vs 1 w/o super speed, using only chakra arms to attack, and using non-lethal stuff like headbutts, rasengans, and chakra punches. Plus, senjutsu would make naruto even faster than he was in BM, and would give him far greater reactions in order to land his hits.

Obito is my dude but Naruto takes this. Clones will over come Kamui. Bijuu are insects to Naruto as a weaker version of this Naruto dealt with them rather easily.
