BSM Naruto wins, paths or not.

He has more raw power than 5 paths with BM, and when he only had 5 minutes in that mode. Naruto enhancing his entire BM arsenal with senjutsu would easily close the gap that killer bee filled, and if for some reason that isn't enough naruto can use kage-level clones to aid him.

Once it's just him and Juubito, Naruto stomps as since intent is to kill, not capture and talk to him after the war is over, or break his mask, which means none of this fighting obito 1 vs 1 w/o super speed, using only chakra arms to attack, and using non-lethal stuff like headbutts, rasengans, and chakra punches. Plus, senjutsu would make naruto even faster than he was in BM, and would give him far greater reactions in order to land his hits.
