This is alive Madara and he DOESN'T have the Kyuubi. He has all the feats he had when he fought Hashirama. So who wins? I say Madara because of his Super Perfect Susano'o.

Minato has never been able to counter Susano'o, and he lost both of his arms even using FTG.

I'm leaning towards Madara, because he's, you know, Madara.
Seriously though, he could possibly outlast Minato's BM while stalemating with PS. After that gaining the upper hand wouldn't be difficult at all.

All feats of Hashirama fight implies he has the Kyuubi. Madara wins mid diff with his PS+Full Kyuubi. Basically, this is PS Madara with 100% Kyuubi vs Minato with 50% Kyuubi and a useless SM. I think that already shows who the victor is.

Penetrative power=/= destructive power. Nothing suggests that BM avatar can tank penetration only because it tanked destructive power. PS cuts it right half going by feats and portrayal imo.
