part of the reason i decided not to role play anymore, it was way too many flaws.. people spam s rank jutsu once they get them . i see why all the O.G.'s of nb left the role playing.. it is because the system is tainted.. but i like the fact that you all are making changes..

I was wondering the same thing. A while back I proposed the same idea, but it was rejected saying it was already discussed.

Hint for you paulsama, people who usually spam S-ranks leave themselves full of openings.

Random thought id had....(sorry its ot xanthe) but why dont all bios have an elemntal affinity and secondary. So that bio can only use those two elements. It says the rp should be as realistic as possible yet everyone walks around like so6p with like 5+ elements. If you make a ce then your bio can only have the two elements needed for that, if that bio was to use it. Isnt that more real to naruto?

yes there need to be some changes when it comes to hierarchy system ...its natural some senseis pick thier friends first ..i dont have any probs with that though but its not a lie also ...
being fair to other people whether friends r not is a lot to ask from someone ...partiality will always remain ....
main point : do something that will give fair opportunity to everyone regardless of their status or relation to u ...

I would like to thank xanthe for making this thread and fighting corruption on the base i agree with all you have said.Role play nowadays is divided into luck,friednship,luck in the sense of getting training or stumbling on to something by chance ,and friendship by getting permission from moderator to acquire a certain ability or power up.I did not have time to view this thread and read all of the statement but i knew the concept around the thread was about corruption.what is corruption?Corrupution is any illegal act done or commited to serve the benefit of one or a particular group of individuals ,its is divided into many aspect such as bribery ,money laundering etc,but the one on this forum which is happening is the one of power corruption.that is using your position to change the laws in a little or huge manner and in naruto base that when embbedded in our role play means moderators giving permission to indviduals to get a certain power up because they are your friends or you share close relationship with them but come on some of this goes way back to the early role play system,when the rules where loose and many people had so many power ups due to no reaks rules on getting them,which is contrast to our role play of now in which you need to work hard to get to your position as for the two indviduals who you accused of wrong doings which are pervy sage or mathias it seems that mathias like i read is the only one to have a custom bio of that and some of the other things whcich those user have on thier bios was what they got when the rp was newly set up and those i think it will be unfair to take it from them.​

@bolded: No. We always had restrictions. >_> The difference now is how overly restricted things are. Even back then we had to take tests for stuff. Nearly every ability I have I had to be tested for and the remaining ones I created myself i.e. my custom elements/jutsus. Gates: had to pass a taijutsu test by DS. Kaguya: had to take a written test AND fight Goro- while only being a member for 3 months. Kaitos tai- had to get permission. Yin-yang: passed a test given by Rei my first year and have been awaiting the finishing of training since then. CM: won a mini-contest given by Nexus (name three Croation Scientists). Fuuin- had permission from BiBi, which was later over-turned and regranted by Nexus. Custom elements - all four made by me. I earned all of the things I have and earned the rights to have them. Just because you don't like the fact that we have these abilities doesn't mean they have to be taken away. How would you like it if you earned this stuff and 6 months from now, the new generation that's comes complains and your shit gets taken away?

I would feel Annoyed however i was referring to the early role play of 2008 when members where not up to 5000 .
