Hmm...the best way to catch her attention is to just make yourself less available to her. Stop hanging out around her and just stop talking to her. Either that will get her to wonder what is going on, and notice you more than she would with just a friend, or it might just show you how much she might not care about you. If she ends up being fine without you being around, then you should try and move on. Obviously she only cares about you as a friend, and sometimes that is all you will stay. However, if she takes interest in your absence then you should just tell her that is just becoming to hard to be just her friend. That you really like her, have liked her for a long time.
