pretty much yes. Not sure how I feel about this though. I like the Ghost in The Shell movies and Series. But american movie adaptations of popular mangas...........Usually never go well. Examples:

Dragon Ball

Well Edge of Tomorrow was a great adaptation. There's hope.

I recently saw this movie btw. It was good and all and I even heard they were getting Scarlet Johanson to play the female lead.

I wonder how they'll do those camo nude scenes though ;D
